a2 Milk® is pure and natural cows' milk that contains no additives. It is not genetically modified in any way, it’s just as nature intended.
Unlike most regular cows’ milk, our milk comes from selected cows that naturally produce milk containing only the A2 protein and no A1. Many people who experience discomfort when they drink regular cows' milk find they can once again enjoy the pleasure of our natural a2 Milk®.

Doctors recommend full cream milk for children over 12 months and light milk for children over the age of two.
a2 Milk® is suitable for most children (over 12 months) apart from children with a medically diagnosed allergy to cows’ milk protein or lactose as they should not drink any cows’ milk.
Yes indeed. a2 Milk® contains exactly the same amount of nutrients such as calcium, protein, vitamins and fat as normal milk, potentially making it a perfect solution if you and your family struggle to digest most regular milk.
a2 Milk® contains the same quantity of lactose that is found in standard milk and will not resolve any medically diagnosed lactose intolerance. However many of our customers who are self-diagnosed rather than clinically diagnosed find they are able to consume a2 Milk® without any symptoms. Please consult your health practitioner for more information.
Lactose intolerance is a sensitivity to the sugar in milk, whilst a sensitivity to the A1 protein is due specifically to the protein type A1.
The symptoms of lactose intolerance and protein sensitivity are similar and often confused. These symptoms include stomach pain, bloating, wind for some people, respiratory problems, skin problems or other digestive issues.
